I needed soil to fill up pots for planting sunchokes, so I decided to harvest some compost from one of my geobins. In this video, I will give you an up close view of the inside of the pile, as I remove the layers with my pitch fork.

Helpful critters of interest include earthworms, black soldier fly larvae, & pill bugs.
