On 23 September 2025, CINEA organised a virtual info day about the 5th call for Cross-border Renewable Energy (CB RES) Projects to obtain the status under Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) Energy.

The event aimed to explain to potential applicants the importance of getting the status to be able to be eligible for CEF funding at a later stage, and to explain the application process in detail.
