INGREDIENTS:

Rava/Sujji 400g
Ghee 200g
Powdered Sugar 200-300g
Eliachi powder / Cardomom powder 1tbs
Desi Ghee 1tbs
Dryfruits

METHOD:

First of all dry roast the rava in one pan then put 100g ghee in it and mix well. then keep this mixture aside to cold down. then take leftover 100g ghee in a pan and head it and keep aside to cool down. this ghee will be used when we make ladu
then take the mixture of rava and ghee and put all other ingredients in it and mix it well. and then finally make ladu with the help of ghee which we kept aside. then follows the steps as shown n the video.
