Spinach, Pineapple, and Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or frozen)
1 cup coconut water (or coconut milk)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)
A squeeze of lime juice (optional, for a zesty kick)

Preparation:

Gather Ingredients: Prepare your ingredients and wash the spinach leaves thoroughly. If using fresh pineapple, chop it into chunks.
Blend: In a blender, add the spinach, pineapple chunks, and coconut water (or coconut milk). If you’re using chia seeds and lime juice, add them as well.
Mix: Blend until you reach a smooth consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut water.
Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie to see if you’d like to add more lime juice for tanginess or adjust the sweetness to your preference.
Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
