Shimano Deore Lx Shifters SL-M570 Fix

How to fix a Shimano SL-M570 LX shifter (both left & right hand side shifter) which won't shift or get stuck midway.
No need to take the shifter off the handle bar.

Wd-40
5mm allen key
Suitable lubricant
Screwdriver
Loctite blue or Anabond blue for the bolts
