How much noise do you make when you land, for example, on 🔝 of a box 📦 during a box jump? Or when you jump off a box and land on the ground? Or maybe when you’re playing a sport involving any sort of jumping? 🏐🤸🏾‍♂️🏀

If your landings are loud 🗣🥴, listen up!

For best results (in regards to keeping you pain free) you should be absorbing all your landings with your muscles, as opposed to smashing your bones and your joints each time you land ☠️. #ouch

It might take some conscious practice to stop landing like an elephant 🐘 and start landing gracefully and quietly like a cat 🐈 , but it’s possible 💯

Practice jumping from a box and landing on the ground quiet as a mouse 🐭 , focusing on absorbing the landing with your toes, then your heels, then your knees, all gingerly and soft 🦶.
