Dark Ranger AOE Tuning + Tier Set Update | 11.0.5 PTR

Thank you for watching! I'm back to give my thoughts on the most recent PTR datamined changes coming in the next build! We're going to see our tier 4 set adjusted because of the changes coming to Precise Shots. We're going to have a lot more focus regeneration in our builds to help us whittle the CD of TS down even more! A buff to Dark Ranger AOE is also going to be welcomed!

For me, since I'll be doing both M+ and raiding, I'll be rushing my P.0.W x2 with Darkmoon Sigil Vivacity or Ascendancy and then craft my Dawnsilk Lining on my wrists in season 1. All items that are crafted will be crafted with Critical Strike and Mastery. My goal is to keep 8% haste (or 5200 haste) on my character at all times. That's where my personal playstyle excels the most.
