Bengali famous fish recipe Sorshe Pabda is very delicious. It tastes amazing with plain rice.

Ingredients:-
Pabda fish - 500g
Yellow Mustard seeds -2 tbsp
Black Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Poppy Seeds -2tbsp
Green Chillies - 6-7
Black cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Little sugar
Mustard oil - 7 tbsp
salt to taste
