STRICT HANDSTAND PUSH UPS

Want to learn how to do a handstand pushup? Want to get better at them? The shspu shown above in increasing order of difficulty are:
Pike handstand pushup (on the floor)
Pike handstand pushup (on your knees on a box)
Pike handstand pushup (on your toes on a box)
Handstand pushup on the wall

This is by no means an exhaustive list, as there are several other versions of handstand pushups as well (deficit, elevated or assisted aka to a target, kipping, wall-facing, etc), but it's a great place to start!

Follow these 3 main rules, no matter which level of handstand pushup you are working on.

🔎 POINTS OF PERFORMANCE 💥

1. LOWER YOURSELF DOWN, BENDING AT THE ELBOWS, CREATING A TRIPOD 🔺️ (TOUCH TOP OF HEAD IN FRONT OF HANDS)
2. KEEP LEGS AND BODY TIGHT THROUGHOUT MOVEMENT 🧱
3. EXTEND ARMS STRAIGHT, LOCKING OUT ELBOWS AND PUSHING EARS FORWARD OF BICEPS ↪️
