Do you have a cheap ironing board that's stuck? Don't throw it away yet. And don't blame yourself for not being able to close it either.

A common type of ironing board has a lever that is supposed to allow the legs to close. However, the lever can be moved out of place. When that happens, the ironing board will be stuck in the open position and cannot be folded.

This video shows how to close the ironing board and how to fix the problem somewhat permanently. I also show the correct way to open and close the ironing board once the problem is fixed.
