Applications are invited from eligible candidates to work on the following post(s) on a contract basis
in a research project funded by an external agency at the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate
Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry, as per the details below.

Nature of work/responsibilities and expectations
 Perform study specific laboratory diagnostic procedures including molecular tests and
other lab procedures
 Entry of patients’ details results in lab registers
 Assist in maintaining lab inventory, laboratory supplies, lab documents
 Any other lab related activities as assigned by PI
Eligibility criteria (Qualifications and experience)

Essential Qualifications:
BSc MLT with one-year working experience in Histopathology laboratory.

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
Nucleic acid isolation, PCR, FISH hybridization and molecular pathology techniques.
