Spring Tautog (Black Fish) Fishing on Sakonnet River, Tiverton, 2023! Review of Our New Gear!

We head out for the first two trips of early spring 2023. Yes, we each got our first fish of the season, Duane got a keeper tog, and I got a short tog a few weeks later. Fishing season 2023 is underway, and when we get back from our upcoming cruise (leaving next weekend from Rome (Civitavecchia), we will get on the New England bite big time for Black Sea Bass, fluke, bluefish, stripers, and scup!!
