Before I bought this scope I watched a lot of reviews, and in each of them they reported complaints that the scope had a loud fan.... and in each, the fan noise seemed nominal. In this video, I turn the oscilloscope on in a quiet environment, with just a fan running in the background. Now, it seems loud when I first start it, but I quickly forget it is there if I have music playing.

I have to say, I absolutely love this oscilloscope, but I have a lot to learn before I really make use of it.
