This video goes through some of the more advanced formats that you can use in the FREE tool in Mentimeter.
This video is for Mentimeter users who are still learning about the tool. Hidden but great features that I have been using myself. Many people who know Mentimeter are surprise when I show them these options. First gem, which is a way to use the scale system, I have never seen being used by any teacher. I will show you a great example on what you can do using the scale system.
Open Ended is another feature worth looking into, a way to access student’s comments and gathering them together. A great system to collect students questions after the lesson, it doesn't have to be comments.
Ranking things, is the final option I would like to show you, way of working so students can add their votes and the teacher can project their answers on the screen so everybody can follow live what is happening. Whether it is an online class or stationary lesson you can use Mentimeter ranking option not only to see the vote immediately projected on the screen but also to view how many students have voted. Great tool to project the information so everybody can see how the voting is progressing. Advanced options in Mentimeter that are often omitted by the teachers.
