Celebrate your small wins
Start with one room at a time
Start in storage spaces like closets (or if you prefer start in visible spaces like the kitchen, living room etc)
Embrace the journey even if it feels slow
Give yourself grace
Keep things that strike emotion or give you joy
Declutter for the season you are in your life
Create a habit
Spend 15 minutes a day getting rid of stuff
Start with items that will be trash first
