Is It Possible To Beat Cuphead's DLC Without Moving?

hi, in this video Mr. Mug from the small indie video game "Cuphead" accidentally broke his ankle by slipping on a puddle of tea. following this event, he decided to take a boat to Bowltown, and destroy absolutely every creature he could find on the way, all without walking. (i think he was a bit angry)
