For the first time I feel the need to give my point of view on some aspects of the wine industry, eventually later on following up with other topics of the general situation and what is going well and what not!

In this first chapter, with my over 20 years experience and expertise in different sides of the industry, I give my perspective and way of talking about wines and then more in depth an explanation about prices, both from wineries and from restaurants.

All remarking once more that respect is the first thing for the farmers that stand behind a bottle of wine!
