Multiple off-canvas menu/pane trick with Content Blocks Pop-up extension;

- Add New Content Block Popup,
- Select Popup and give it a name,
- Design your sidebar/off-canvas menu,
- Adjust your off-canvas via Blocksy settings, set display condition to Entire Site,
- Customizer - Header - Add Button Element
- Design your button element and add it to the header(-s if you you have multiple header) desktop and/or mobile
