"He Decided To Die" - Psalmist Sharon Jackson at Life Church Atlanta

On this Good Friday, I just want to remind you that Jesus could have saved Himself, had He chosen to...He was God incarnate. But because of the debt of sin that needed to be paid, He stayed on the cross. He made the choice and decided to die just to save you and me!

JESUS choose to die an excruciating death on the cross just to save me. I'm so grateful!!!
Because He died, I can live.
Because He was separated from the Father, I am able to approach the Father.
When He died, the veil in the temple was torn from top to bottom. He gave all of us access to the Holy of Holies. He gave all of us access to the Father.
The breech had been repaired.
Salvation's way had been made.
The path back to God had been laid.
The ultimate price had been paid.
My soul could now be saved.
Christ did it all for me.
He choose to drink from the bitter cup JUST FOR ME!!
...And I'm so grateful!
