The scenes involving Damien and Alexandra in Alamissa Urben during .Karma Files has two separate outcomes, which depends on Karens fate. If she is alive, she will attempt to steal the Jewel of Life from Ryland. And if she is dead, you will go to the Alamissa Gallery.
Both routes involve taking on, and catching the Legendary Beasts.

Note: You will most likely softlock yourself if you attempt to do the Castle Zygara questline while on .Karma Files, same goes for Hidden Library.
