Recreating a Holiday Stout loaf of bread. It didn't work out quite the way I expected, but it surprised me! The original recipe was bread flour, Guinness Stout, sourdough discard, sugar, yeast, and salt. I forgot the discard when I tried to recreate that original loaf, but it came out okay, but not as much oven spring. Tastes great though!

Slicing into a new loaf of bread is always an educational thing for me and I love sharing the moments with you!
