Hello friends and family!!!

So I decided to start filming whenever I'm baking and to share it with you!

I'm thinking I can turn it into a channel and call it something like "In the Kitchen with RC"...What do you think?

Here's the empanadas I made a couple of weeks ago. Enjoy!!!

Empanadas de Queso
Dough:
2 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of butter
2/3 cup of sugar
1/2 tbsp of salt
1 egg
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp of baking powder
3/4 cup of milk

Filling:
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp of salt
2 cups of cheese

Coating:
1 yolk
3 tbsp of milk
