Today I tried to arrange healing as a blue rune keeper in the game Lord of the rings online (Lotro) on server Arkenstone with some friends, purpose of the video: educational blue rk on level 150 in a depth t5 raid (b1)
HPS can be 120k (bad, if things go wrong or you are getting interrupt frequently) up to 145k (rousing off cd and lucky with no interrupts).
In this run HPS on tanks: 22k and 35k
