This is the most spectacular performance of the "Hallelujah" chorus I've ever heard. I firmly believe it should have been Handel's "Messiah" that NASA should have put on their life-search space probe instead of Beethoven's 5th symphony. Yes, it's a great symphony, but "Messiah' would have definitely produced a response from any extraterrestrial civilization out there. This landmark performance is on the Deutche Grammophone label & is spectacularly performed by the John Alldis Choir & London Philharmonic Orchestra directed by Karl Richter.
Let us always proclaim "Hallelujah" (praise to God) to Christ the King of Kings & Lord of Lords!
