Informations about the things I've used:
Kraft Paper: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kraft_p...

For some of your questions:
0:10 You can use any type of paper that you have, but if you have to buy them, I encourage you to use Kraft Paper because this type of paper can easily be recycled and what I used in this video is Unbleached Kraft Paper
0:12 I used 3 large sheets, divided each into 24 smaller sheets (by dividing into 6 widths and 4 vertically) to get 72 sheets total
0:50 Papers after cutting will be about 17cmx18cm in size
0:53 Use regular catton to make covers
1:05 I used Hemp fabrics, simple or dyed with plants to cover because I want to encourage you to buy the organic, dyed naturally fabrics, or better (like in the next videos) any kind of old fabric (not too thick) that you have
2:36 I used a regular steel wire about 1mm thick and the required length is (2xA + 18xB)cm with A is the height of the notebook and B is the number of holes, and in this case, the length of steel wire is 4 times the height of the notebook

I have started making notebooks like this since about the year 2010, when a sister gave me a paper punch tool. And much later I discovered that I can replace the papers inside, so I was able to write lots of papers with just one notebook. The old papers are then tied neatly or recycling.

And like I always said, I hope you can use old clothes or fabric grown organic and dyed naturally.
