In this video, I share my tried-and-true methods for keeping organic chickens healthy, happy, and productive. I emphasize the importance of feeding the correct diet, which is crucial for their overall well-being. A complete nutrition chicken feed, which makes up 90% of their diet, ensures that they receive all the necessary nutrients to thrive. The remaining 10% of their diet is complemented with healthy treats, avoiding corn, scratch feed, and kitchen scraps. Unlike some others, I do not add apple cider vinegar, molasses, garlic or herbs to my chickens’ drinking water. By sticking to this regimen, my chickens remain robust, active, and highly productive.
