Chaffee County Law Enforcement state they were quickly suspicious, that sunday night of may 10 2020, when they found a bicycle near the puma path home of missing woman Suzanne morphew. what prevented CCSO dispatching officers immediately to Broomfield hotel inn express to see if syzanne was there, a lover was there, to get security footage, to interview staff in person? jurisdiction? Why couldn't CCSO or Denver cops go?This important investigative legwork DIDNT HAPPEN on the Monday or Tuesday ...why not? quick smart action should be de riguer in a missing person case. Puckett shd have handed doc over well before feds involved. things that could later nail down a conviction..or lay to rest some time wasting conjecture have to happen.
my point is, this seemingly basic step in an investigation could have allowed for DUMPSTERS TO BE SEARCHED Mat be even before they were collected by the council, and if collected, the trucks of rubbish could have been tracked and the rubbish searched.
now, zero items discarded were recovered. thats immensely frustrating.
despite this, i dont make too much of the dumpster by the puma path homes. that bin is for domestic use, and for several homes. no home owner would want a business's rubbish being placed in that bin, they all pay for it! they dont want concrete and trees taking up their space and for them to be paying for its removal. I would not. now, boots? clothing... sure, yes, those things could go in that bin. but in PRINCIPAL anyone putting anything other than their basic domestic rubbish in those bins would be admonished by the neighbourhood.

if LE dispatched officers in a timely manner to Broomfield (e.g. Suzanne wasn't being held in the hotel room etc) they themselves would be able to coroborate or deny the Smell story.
Did jeff smoke meth in that room? ok this is what I get lashed for. he's just high on life. you're talking about a man who (JIMO) may have some brain injury because of severe long term drug use, observed by the way his body moves, his hand/arm particularly.
Jeff confirmed Morgan received monies for her days in Broomfield. I've been blasted for saying, "she did get paid, of course she took her money". people cite her refusal of a 3k chq. PERHAPS she was told she would not get a SEVERANCE package because a lump sum would look odd? even so, if she is owed a severance package it's legally hers, how could it be strange?

if monies were due from the sale of Indiana property, & eventually the sale of puma path WHY BUY AND SELL the plot at Longhorn ranch? simply to throw away thousands? it certainly drew moths to the flame ala the dogsearch.
the development has always been under pressure from lobbyists.
There is a fish hatchery which would be affected by development run off, wildlife conservationists hate it, the commerce chamber hates it, it's not integrated... one road in one out system. the timber creek ranch seems to be a big issue the LONGHORN owners despise not wanting traffic constantly going past their private Idahos. Wells and the possibility of running out of water and polluting the hatchery. big names there are as examples deluca and Crabtree.
