Dometic RTX 2000 condenser fan problem/fuse fixed

This video is about how I troubleshoot the fan and fuse on the motherboard . In my other video, I mention how the passenger fan suddenly stopped working and as a result, I had no air conditioner. I reached out to ‪@DometicOfficial‬ because I own lots of their equipment and they make a pretty darn good product although they were completely against helping or providing end-user help, there was no support whatsoever. I was frustrated due to the fact that it was the first day of a two week long trip and it was a warmer (87degrees 70+ humidity) time of the year. Also, finding parts for the unit is very challenging. Even Dometic does not have the parts for the unit. Different places have different prices on parts although it seems like Dometic has the best prices although when you called to order the parts, they don't have them in stock. Multiple different phone calls proved to be of no use. They continue to tell me to take it to an authorized repair facility. In my particular situation the repair facility is a 3 Hour Drive and I would also need to leave my vehicle. They stated they would charge me approximately $500 to disassemble the unit and find the issue and that was if Dometic would supply the parts. On top of the fact that currently Dometic does not have the fans in stock. Still currently waiting for the fans to be in stock so I can order one. If I was going to make a decision on an air conditioner with these considerations in mind, I would definitely choose another company and one that comes to mind is ‪@NomadicInnovations‬ . Even this company who I did not purchase the unit from I was able to call and consult them a little bit and they were willing to talk to me and give me some advice. Even provided a better price on a unit if I was interested in moving over to their AC . The problem is I already have a whole cut inside of my roof and obviously it would be a very large undertaking to remove this unit and put a totally different unit in so I did my best to fix what I had .
