Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Firestone Ride-Rite Red label Air Helper Springs, for the rear axle. Now this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2012 and newer Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 3500 HD chassis and cab only. And on a custom fit part like this, I always like to recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year model vehicle, and it'll show you if this'll work for your application.

Now these air springs will maximize safe load carrying capacity, increase stability, and even improve the ride quality of your vehicle. These will install between your truck's frame and its rear suspension to help keep your truck level, when you're hauling a heavy load, improves the steering control and braking when you're hauling or towing, it'll even help level your headlight beams, helps reduce tire wear. It does maintain even load distribution with air pressure leveling any off-center loads. And the air brakes will adjust manually side to side with individual inflation valves. The adjustable air pressure on these springs is five PSI to 150 PSI.

These will help reduce strain on your rear suspension, prevent any permanent sagging and excessive friction in your leaf springs. They do provide max load support and durability with rubber construction, and you can see they are a double convoluted design spring. It does include all the materials needed for installation, everything laid out here on the table. It includes all the brackets, which we've put together to show you what it looks like installed, the air springs, the hardware, the airline, separate valves for manual inflation. Now they do offer switches and gauges, compressors and air tanks, which we do sell separately on our website, that will even allow for simple inflation or deflation from inside your cab.

These parts are made in the USA. Few specs again, the load leveling capacity is 7,500 pounds. One note I do want to mention is that these Ride-Rite Springs will not increase your truck's weight carrying capacity.
