Step 1 - Choose Your Luggage Bag

The baggage allowance for each student is 23-30 kg. It is highly recommended to students, find a versatile and spacious bag to accommodate all essentials. A four-wheel can be a good option.
Step 2 - Detail of Trolley Bag and luggage allowance

The limit for check-in luggage for a trolley bag is typically 23 kg, but this can vary depending on the airline and your flight arrangement.
The dimension of your luggage bag should be 158 cm (162 inches). The weight must not exceed 23kg. This number may vary from flight to flight.
Some airlines may have a lower weight limit for trolley bags, while others may allow you to check in a heavier trolley bag. But try to keep your luggage bag weight under 23 kg.
Your handbag must be under 7kg to 10kg.
Your Luggage should be tightly packed in a reliable suit or suitcase.

Important Note - For MBBS students, it is important to carry - Lab coat and stethoscope. If you don’t have them, you can buy them on - (Link). Also, we strongly advise students to buy boots from Russia, as they are designed as per the weather and environment. Russian boots are typically made from durable materials, such as leather and felt, and they are insulated to keep your feet warm in the cold winter months.

General advisory -
No need to carry beddings (Blankets, Pillow, Bed Sheet etc.)
No need to carry utensils, crockery, and other vessels.
Excess luggage (IF weight crosses the luggage limit, then you need to remove some stuff or you need to pay Rs. 1000 to Rs. 1200 for extra per kg.)
No need to carry Butter or Ghee. Edible oil in excess quantity. (Not more than 500 ML.)
