Malcolm X & John F. Kennedy

Описание к видео Malcolm X & John F. Kennedy

During a debate with Bayard Rustin, Malcolm X says US President John F. Kennedy has not fulfilled his promises to black Americans, and discusses the difference between segregation and separation.

Malcolm X says that US President John F. Kennedy is hypocritical for labeling the Nation of Islam as a hate group but not condemning the white churches and power structure that practice hate against black Americans.

On December 1, 1963, when he was asked for a comment about the assassination of President Kennedy, Malcolm X said that it was a case of "chickens coming home to roost". He added that "chickens coming home to roost never did make me sad; they've always made me glad".
