🌺Ingredients

4 fish

🌼Fresh Season
1/2 sweet peppers red,yellow,green
1/2 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
1 stalk scallions
1 Tsp scotch bonnets pepper
1/2 carrot
1 Tsp Ginger
1 small tomato
1 Tsp pimento seed

🌼Seasoning
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp fish season
1 Tsp all purpose season

2 Tsp olive oil
1 cup vegetable oil

🌼Pot
1 Tsp oil
2 cup hot water add more water if needed
Add remaining season
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tsp all purpose season
1/2 pimento seed
1/2 Tsp sugar optional
1/2 Tsp browning or dark soya sauce
1/2 Tsp black pepper

Fried fish for 4 to 5 minutes on each side

Stew for 8 minutes
