Booking window for the project is open & will be done in the IPO format, where in there are two different IPO application form, One for 2BHK & other for 3BHK

Interested clients need to fill the respective IPO application form with the IPO amount or token amount of Rs 1lac

In this IPO Application Client will give their two preference in terms of
Floors & View i.e for ex -
1st preference is
2BHK Road facing flat in between 6 to10 floors
2nd preference is
2BHK Clubhouse facing flat in between 1 to 5 floors
After filling the preference, Client need to submit this with Rs 1lac of token amount

Now, Allotment of all the IPO Applications will be done within 2weeks & if client gets the apartment based upon their first two preference then booking will be done & if the client didn't get their preferred inventory then this IPO Application amount of Rs 1 lac will be 100% refunded
