This healthy chocolate cake recipe is rich, chocolatey & moist! It's so delicious no one will guess it's made with nutritious ingredients, gluten-free and dairy-free.

Recipe

500 g. cooked chickpeas jar
1 egg free range is always better (once you add all the dry ingredients if you feel you would like more moist in the cake add one more egg)
3 tablespoons sesame tahini
2 tablespoons chickpeas flour (or almond flour)
2 1/2 teaspoon raw cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 sachet baking powder (16 g.), if you prefer tender cake add 1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons erythritol (you can substitute it with stevia, or monk fruit but only few drops)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
about 120 g. raw walnuts
200 g. organic cocoa cream with stevia
grease your cake ring with olive oil or butter

Bake in a preheated fan oven for 35-40 minutes at 180°C. This cake is perfect for a crowd of 4-6 people, if you want more pieces double the ingredients. My cake ring is 16 cm.
