I was originally wanted to start a car channel with an M340 to kick it off, but all motivation to do so was shot down because of my experience with this dealer.

To make a long story short. ( This will be hard) For all prospective new or used BMW buyers. Do not buy a BMW at any big Canadian BMW dealer! They are all nothing morenthan glorified 3rd party privately owned dealers that do what they want. Especially the one called Parkview BMW run by the Quinn Group in Canada!

The whole organization of dealers is as corrupt as it gets. Parkview BMW leased me a car with a bad suspension, and to make things worse, they descreetly put damage under the rear floor mat, expecting me to pay for it and it get just worse from there.

After taking a closer look at my lease, they charged me 20k over MSRP (the quoted price when I took a close look at the lease) for a used car with 5600km. The lease even says the car had 0 miles when it came with 5600km. With the residual being 40k! That would make a total of 121,000 plus Canadian tax. Initially, I didnt care that the price was high, until they started scamming, me in every dispicable way possible.

The repair on the suspension was botched numerous times and until this day creaks, and wabbles like an SUV. You can see the issue without even driving it. The wheel gap can be compaired to an off road vehicle and just in the front. You can see the shocks are clearly exposed. Completely ruined the stance, and the reason why I fell in love with the car.

After aroud 16 attempts services at my dealerl they tried to pin the suspension damage on me by making it look like I was a reckless driver, asking me if I was racing, saying my wheel was severely bent (complete lie after taking to tire repair shop) and at the same time swapping my tires out for old ones with only 2mm of tread.

I've been to four different dealers, and they are seem to stick together when you face the degree of B.S i have.

I even had an arms-length mechanic diagnose my suspension for damage, confirming my suspension was not to spec and may have been swapped for a downgrade or repaired incorrectly, and it means nothing to them. Shortly after, BMW Canada banned the use of OEM Spec sheets and repair guides from all third party mechanics without paying for them. How convienient is that.

I tried to claim at least for repair time for which my car was in the shop. BMW Canada initially said they would cover, but here is there response after they told me to contact them after the repairs are complete.

"Our authorized BMW retailers have advised that your vehicle is at the correct ride height, and there are no other issues. Unfortunately, BMW Canada would not be able to offer any form of compensation. I apologize for any disappointment this may cause. "BMW Canada would not be able to offer any form of compensation. Although we empathize with your situation, we have no further information at this time. Since we have no further information to share with you on this matter, we are closing the file."
