Working through Prof. Gallaugher's Semester of #SwiftUI? Then after you've completed the ToDo List app you should be ready for this exam challenge. You'll build Post Malone & Pete Davidson's InkSpot - an app to track tattoos so that you don't get redundantly inked (yes, I need to amuse myself when creating exams - I used to perform standup when I was in college. This app pretty obviously doesn't actually have any affiliation with Post Malone nor Pete Davidson). I'll present each question as my students see it on their actual exam. You can pause the video, try the challenge, then I'll show you a solution. If you want to simulate an actual exam, students completed this, plus one other app in 2.5 hrs. in class. They could ONLY use Xcode and a single page of notes they prepared in advance (front and back). They couldn't consult old code or the Internet. Why do I do this? To make sure students have sufficient recall-level knowledge to survive code interviews. On this particular exam, the 2nd app they built was the "Jokes App" which you'll find later in our playlist. Because this is a challenge solution, I don't offer detailed explanations of each portion of the build, since I assume all students have gone through the full playlist at https://bit.ly/prof-g-swiftui.
