Homemade vs Promade Ep. 1: Gunsmith builds and tests the ultimate long-range rifle

Jimmy, Mark and Nick Laufenberg head to Missouri to meet up with Isaiah Curtis of Curtis Custom Weapons to build Mark’s ultra-high-end gun to be compared with the gun Jimmy and Nick put together themselves in the office. Isaiah shows us the process of mating the Proof carbon barrel to our Defiance action to a perfect fit from the lathe. Afterwards, the crew heads to Isaiah’s range to learn the best break-in process for these new custom precision long range rifles, and then test them out to 700 yards.
