Hennepin County is soliciting proposals for Juvenile Diversion and Restorative Justice services for youth between the ages of 10 and 17, and a small number of young people, ages 18 and 19. Most participants reside in Hennepin County, but some individuals who reside outside of Hennepin County may be referred if they have strong ties to the county.

This RFP solicits two distinct but related categories that focus on youth diversion:

Outreach, assessments and referrals for Restorative Justice and Diversion programming and/or
Direct services provided to youth and young people who are referred to diversion.
Proposers should be committed to working with young people and their families to build on their strengths and avoid future involvement in the juvenile justice system.

The county anticipates awarding one or more contracts for both service categories from this RFP. The contract awarded from this RFP is anticipated to span a duration of 12 months.

Services are being procured for the Hennepin County Attorney's Office.
