A data center introduces terminal water from a sewage treatment plant as a water source, and supplies it to the AHU in the park after treatment by reclaimed water reuse equipment of Shanghai Emperor of cleaning Hi-tech. Co., LTD. The reclaimed water treatment capacity is 2 groups, each group is 40 cubic meters per hour (it can meet the peak water demand of 80 cubic meters per hour, and can also be used in 1 use and 1 redundancy).

The water station of this project is designed with an annual water consumption of 200,000 tons, which is equivalent to the water consumption of the five modules originally designed in the park.

The water treatment station in a data center project adopts integrated design, which is concentrated in the container. The design structure is compact and practical, and the overall floor area is 200 square meters, which saves about 30% compared with the original 5 modules.

The processing equipment is integrated in two containers of reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration, and the system includes three parts: self-cleaning filtration, ultrafiltration system and reverse osmosis system. The overall design water production rate of the system is not less than 65%, and the power consumption per ton of water is not more than 2 KWH.

The core equipment in the reverse osmosis bin is the system upper computer, membrane chemical cleaning system, RO security filter, reverse osmosis high pressure pump, reverse osmosis device, local control box. The operating status of the system can be displayed on the upper computer interface, which is convenient for later operation and maintenance to observe the operating status of the system.

The core equipment in the ultrafiltration bin is composed of feed pump, backwash pump, incoming cabinet, MCC cabinet, PLC cabinet, dosing control cabinet, dosing device, ultrafiltration device, ultrafiltration security filter, self-cleaning filter, lifting pump and precision air conditioning.

The tank is equipped with 20 tons of original water tank, 40 tons of ultrafiltration water tank and 20 tons of concentrated water tank. The water tank is made of FRP material. The outer side of the water tank is made of 201 stainless steel external insulation shell, and the inside of the water tank has strong corrosion resistance.
