Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Prepare Yogurt Sauce:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 250g
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
Prepare Beef Mince:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Beef qeema (Mince) hand chopped 500g
-Tomato paste 2-3 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
Prepare Butter Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 50g
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Water as required
-Shell pasta 250g
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Cherry tomatoes
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Yogurt Sauce:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,garlic,lemon juice,pink salt,whisk well & set aside.
Prepare Beef Mince:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,garlic,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add tomato paste,red chilli crushed,cumin powder,pink salt,paprika powder,black pepper crushed,mix well & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes & set aside.
Prepare Butter Sauce:
-In a small saucepan,add butter & let it melt then turn off the flame
-Add paprika powder,mix well & set aside.
-In a pot,add water & bring it to boil.
-Add pasta,pink salt & boil as per packs instruction then strain.
-In serving bowl,add boiled pasta,prepared mince,prepared yogurt sauce,prepared butter sauce,cherry tomatoes,fresh coriander & serve!

Prepare Beef Mince:
-Frying pan mein cooking oil,pyaz aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur translucent ho janay tak sauté ker lein.
-Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tomato paste,lal mirch crushed,zeera powder,pink salt,paprika powder aurkali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Butter Sauce:
-Small saucepan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein phir chulha bund ker dein.
-Paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein pani dal ker ubal lein.
-Pasta aur pink salt dal dein aur pack instructions ka mutabiq boil ker ka strain ker lein.
-Serving bowl mein boiled paste,tayyar qeema,tayyar yogurt sauce,tayyar butter sauce,cherry tomatoes aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
