Hayden Lyons started Lyons Diesel Maintenance in 2000 while working for wages for Cornwall Logging, he would service cane trucks late into the night and had a fleet of bobcats, excavators and smaller trucks to look after on the weekends. He cut his teeth on Cummins N14 and M11 engines and worked from home for many years until they outgrew it, and made the decision to buy a commercial property at 5 Gateway Court in Maryborough.

"We help out our community wherever we can and sponsor a handful of speedway cars, the Riverside College HPV (human-powered vehicle) racing program, and a local basketball team. We pride ourselves on being able to provide high-quality maintenance for everything between the number-plates.
