What you NEED to Do When You Release a Song! (Release Day Strategy)

Make sure that your song is posted on every single platform at the same time. Don't release on one platform one day, then a few days later release on another platform. The only exception is if you make a music video for that song later. If you do have a music video on YouTube, make sure the description has a link to every platform that your song is on. When promoting a song, make sure you first promote the song on the platform that you get the most engagement on. The a few hours later promote the song on your next best engagement platform, and so on. The key idea is to stay away from posting promotion on every single platform at the same time. This will increase your chances of people being reminded to check out your song. On release day, DO NOT screen record the song and post it. At the bare minimum make a triller or some kind of creative little video that previews your song. Even if it is looked at to be a meme. When there is something interactive on the screen it is way more appealing than just an image.
