Strong and flexible back is a healthy spine! This class will target the kinks of your scoliosis issues. It is safe enough to practice daily, but of course as always, you want to listen to your body. And by practicing consistently, it will help you to understand your own body, your harder side from scoliosis, and even your more flexible side. There is always going to be that one side that is unusual and that is normal for scoliosis. My best advice, stay consistent and move smart. I will be sharing more videos for scoliosis so make sure you don't miss a class for your back straightening journey! Remember, it is normal to feel a little pain depending on one's curvature but it will get better as you work on your spine each day.
