Alka's wedding takes a dramatic turn when Devyani, one of her younger sisters, accidentally bumps into Aastha. Having spilled mehendi on Aastha's saree, Devyani apologizes to her but gets insulted instead. Furious, Devyani accepts Aastha's dance challenge, and on failing to win, she'll have to clean Aastha's shoes amidst the entire audience.

Hailing from a small town in Kanpur, Narayan Shastri's four daughters - Alka, Anushka, Devyani and Peeya, are in for a culture shock as they relocate to Delhi. While coping with their personal struggles, the four sisters learn to live in a big city and yet manage to retain the essence of their small town lives.
