Urinary Incontinence Management options. Treatment options for Urge Urinary Incontinence and Stress Urinary Incontinence will be discussed in detail.
Conservative management options are: bladder training for urge UI and Pelvic Floor Exercises for Stress UI.
Medical option for UUI: oxybutynin, a parasympatholytic drug . Side effects hamper long-term compliance

TOT is the surgery of choice based on its clinical efficacy reducing SUI, its safety based on data of more than 5 years follow up combined with its cost effectiveness.
