[Tickets and Travel - Harder Option]
You can take a train. It costs $5 USD (20PLN). It leaves from Krakow Main (Główny) Train Station / Kraków Główny and goes to Oświęcim Railway Station.
You can buy a ticket on the train, but they don't like it very much lol. So perhaps buy before hand.
Usually it's the SKA2 train. (SKA239511 SKA2 Oświęcim)
Then it's a 25minute walk from Oświęcim Railway Station. You could also take the number 3 bus.
TIP: Take the train to: "Memorial and Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau, Więźniów Oświęcimia 20, 32-603 Oświęcim". There are 3 locations and it can get very confusing!
