I decided to make a video of the "boss" creatures in Bear Simulator. A description of what to do in order to face these bosses is listed below.

Bigfoot:-
To face Bigfoot, you need to find (eat) 28 creatures (excluding fish) around the Shepard Lake region. One you've done this, return to Shepard Lake at night (the sky will be a reddish colour if Bigfoot is about) and make you way to the Underbelly area. Bigfoot will be waiting for you there.
Bigfoot deals 74-75 damage should you get hit by it.

Feathered Evil:-
Evil Chickens (11 in total) make up this "boss" battle which are located within the Greenpeak Campgrounds at night. However, you cannot enter the campgrounds at night until you have taken the crystal (a den trophy) from the Crystal Caverns (an area within the Ancient Caves), so go to the campgrounds during the day and make your way to the Crystal Caves building and go to the right side of it. Wooden planks will be blocking the way and requires 90 strength to break them (is buggy, so I recommend having more then 90 strength).
Evil Chickens do 11-12 damage should you bet hit by one.

Mutant Bat:-
To trigger this boss battle, you need to make sure you "smell" a marking, made by a sheep (Sheep Jenna), within the Animal Research and Testing building within the Calypso Mountains (P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Outside area) region (requires Smell II ability). Once that's done, return to the Calpyso Mountains at night and make your way back to the Animal Research and Testing building. The Mutant Bat will be waiting in there for you.

The Mutant Bat does 44-45 damage per hit should you get hit by it.

Giant Spider:-
This boss is located within the Spooky Woods region at the very top (The Lair). To get to this boss, you need to collect 8 Web Orbs, that are scattered about the Ancient Caves, to open a door which leads to The Lair within the Spooky Woods. Once there, make your way towards a burning torch and the Giant Spider will pop out of a hole next to it.
The Giant Spider does 54-55 damage per hit should you get hit by it.

The Forest Spirit:-
This boss is located within the Mystic Meadow (an area within the Arni Forest region). To make this boss show up, you need to make your way to the Top O' The Mountain (an area within the Calypso Mountains) and "eat" the Mystic Mushroom located behind the temple. Once done, make your way to the Mystic Meadow at night (can only be accessed via the Ancient Caves). Make your way towards a waterfall and The Forest Spirit should be near it (a bluish, ghostly stag). This particular boss will not attack you unless you attack it first (is a neutral creature).
The Forest Spirit does 54-55 damage per hit should you get hit by it.
