There's a different method where you perma stun the boss to prevent having to deal with the end of phase falling rocks. You can do that if you want but it's very slow and boring.

Also I didn't have any lightning tiles for 5t, there are some out there but I couldn't be bothered to learn them.

Gear: use anything really. ZCB ely is cope, maybe tbow camp is good, maybe fbow camp is good. I recommend taking some combo food, a pneck for enrage. Webweaver bow: very very helpful for enrage phase, does half of the boss' HP instantly.
(Edit: tbow camp seems very good on the boss, I reccomend using tbow and not this zcb ely nonsense)

There's not much to say about the boss, it's pretty self-explanatory. When the tornado spawns at 50% you need to click very far away from it then focus on flicking the boss. (or use the perma-stun method and avoid this completely).

Enrage phase is pretty tricky, I reccomend using BP since it helps mentally sync up with moving and flicking prayers, however it is pretty high APM. Setting up enrage phase is also important: in the video I stall the boss until I get it to 560 HP (enrage phase starts 540), then go south, stun, run northwest and proc enrage phase (also spawns a boulder above you), pneck angler - webweaver double spec then BP walk until dead.

Note the safety zone of the orb that spawns during final phase is much larger than the orb itself.
