I want to introduce my guest today as a Heat & Frost Insulator, but he’s so much more than that. First off, Do you even know what a heat & frost insulator is or does? Adam Melnick joins me on the show to talk about his journey through the trades and to share his thoughts on the rewards, benefits, and opportunities that exist in the industry.

Adam was academically gifted in high school but, to the dismay of his counselors, still thought the best path for him was to become a pro wrestler. Eventually he figured out that maybe it wasn’t the best path for him but not before passing on University and College. Eventually he did go to college for Rec & Leisure but ultimately decided that’s not what he wanted to do with his life.

After jumping from job to job, Adam discovered the skilled trades. More specifically, heat & frost insulation. Since then he has jumped from success to success and found passion in his work and helping others find theirs. Adam is as real as they come, doesn’t hold back, and has the most unique way of delivering such valuable wisdom.
