According to some shoppers, there is not much difference between the Las Vegas Premium Outlets North and South. However, these two locations differ in at least two main aspects.

North location is more upscale, has 150 stores and is an outdoor mall.

South location has 140 more affordable stores, and is an indoor mall.

The north outlet mall was opened in August, 2003 with 435,000 square feet (40,400 m2) of space, then it was expanded in 2008 before it got remodeled in 2011 and expanded more in 2015.

Another mall is located south of this mall, It is called Las Vegas Premium Outlets South, formerly Belz Factory Outlet World and Las Vegas Outlet Center, which opened in 1993, and is located at 7400 Las Vegas Boulevard South, while Las Vegas North is located at 875 South Grand Central Parkway.
